Restyling of the facade designed by Vico Magistretti

Finally started the renovation works of the building designed in 1955 by Vico Magistretti, one of the symbols of the Milanese revival after World War II and of the beginning of an original elaboration of the Italian tradition.
Vico Magistretti succeded in making the best use of the small space available, designing a double body, 14 meters deep, with a unique stairway from which you can reach every entrances. The alternation of glass and wall gives rythm and originality to the facade that Thema, following the design of Lombardini22, is renovating together with the internal doors and windows.
The common aim is to bring back the original splendour of the facade, maintaing the original design of Vico Magistretti as faithfully as possible.
